We've found that although this medication is designed to kill fleas and ticks, anecdotally, we've found it to be highly effective for dogs with demodex mange. This was discovered quite by accident and a much easier treatment that the traditional ivermectin given orally.

The only downside is that my pup will be lethargic and sluggish within 24 hours after taking this. After that, he springs right back and is ready for the next ball action.
